When one of our agents recruits another Agent to Cosmopolitan Mortgage, each loan he or she closes generats a bonus income to the recruiting Loan Officer, equivalent to  7.5% of the gross W2 commission earned from the loan by the recruited Loan Officer. This bonus changes to 5% the 2nd year onward, provided both Recruiter and Recruited are with the company and maintaining consistent monthly production.
   
3. Should anything happen, the Recruiter's residual income is passed on to their designated beneficiaries at a rate of 2.5% for a period of 2 years following the death or incapacitating disability of the Recruiter.
4. Our System is fully automated; from loan pre-qualification to loan product search engines, to automated loan packages ready for printing and borrower signature.
